One of the symptoms of an anxiety attack is the denial of anxiety. Far too many people simply try to soldier on and then create a viscious circle that will cause the anxiety state to grow.
If you feel that anxiety is becoming a problem, don’t try to fight it yourself. Anxiety is more easily conquered with the help of others.
Try to discover the cause(s) of your anxiety and work out ways to prevent it from disabling you. Once you have stopped the anxiety, you will be in a position to imrove your general mental health.
