One of the questions that has given me more problems than any other is “Why did God create man – a living soul”?
Looking at some of the stories in the Bible, other (more orthodox) history books and scattered in the pages of too many social sites, I think I can now answer it.
Just thinking aloud.
Mankind has no value for God. Mankind was created to test the viability of free will and the knowledge of right and wrong.
The test results are in!! The viability is nil and the knowledge of right and wrong is simply an excuse for mankind to use his maker as an escape clause.
Man is the only creation that God made as a living soul.
It is my belief that all other animals were created with a soul and that God, in his infinite wisdom, knew, right from the start, that he wanted nothing to do with mankind and ensured that it would cease to exist upon death. Mankind was created to be given the opportunity to show love, charity, loyalty and effective dominion over the world in which he was allowed to live. The opportunity was neither recognised nor taken advantage of. Like a ravening horde of the most foul and destructive beasts that could ever have been imagined, mankind has chosen to be its own executioner. Mankind has destroyed much of the world in which it lives. Mankind has turned its back on the reality of nature and defiled just about every aspect of life on Earth.
God is probably living in a Heaven populated by animals. Animals that He created because He desired to surround himself with souls that were pure and unsullied.
