Revelations from a bottle of wine.

Well, I am told that we have a new year upon us.

Really?

Who decided this?

Some bloody Gregorian with a perpetual calendar that tells us nothing but celebrates the simple belief in saints and scholars who never existed? When the Mayan calendar came to an inconvenient conclusion, learned scholars predicted the end of the world – poor Gregory gets no attention at all for predicting an annual cataclysm.

You know, the year’s end is a purely arbitrary date selected by those whom we choose to grant more  credibility because of their position as priests. Once the end of the year was concocted, all sorts of dates could be extrapolated to enable the priests to exercise their penchant for acquisitiveness and greed.

All through the Christian year are celebrations that entail the giving of gifts – more often than not, to the clergy.

As  God looks down from Heaven upon the creatures He has created, he must despair of mankind. If he looks at the humble slug, He will see a creature that lives it’s life as it was intended to be lived.

As he looks down upon the mammalian world, He will see that one of His creations is pathetically inadequate.

Of all god’s creatures, only mankind, blessed with the powers of self awareness and a freedom of choice of actions is such an abysmal failure. How God must cringe with embarrassment when He looks at what mankind has managed to achieve in a few thousand, short years.

Despite the intention of God to allow man to improve himself using the powers God gave him, Man has become a plague upon the face of the Earth – doomed to continue repeating the same mistakes within each generation.

Mankind was given sentience, self awareness, and a free will so that God could look upon His creation and see that it was good.

But it is not good!

Man has become a parody of God’s intent.

Man has created a whole scenario which allows the meek to be exploited by the powerful. Where priests fly under the false colours of faith and charity and where churches are no more than the begging bowls of a delinquent priesthood that neither believes in God nor attempts to do the work that he intended for it.

Man is destined to spend eternity making the mistakes that condemn him to a life after death that is worse than anything the most degenerate priest could imagine.

Of all of God’s creation, only man shows all the sad mistakes of an idealistic mind.

Only man has no consideration for the penalties of over breeeding. Only man has no idea of what the natural world demands. Only man is so self-destructive as to ignore all the rules of social etiquette in order to maintain numbers that are, literally, unsustainable.

As the great, divine, experiment, mankind is an abject failure.

God made a horrible mistake when He made mankind.

He forgot that HAVING a soul is far more important than BEING a soul.

He forgot that mankind, without a conscience is simply a brute – existing to deny all other of God’s creation the simple truth of why we are here.

God displayed for all to see – his absolute and irrefutable falability!
