Following on from my last post, http://www.askoldcoot.info/2012/03/20/are-we-solipsists/ I suppose we ought to be asking “where do Gods go when they die?” After a rather disappointing week-end I thought it would be useful for me to ask God where He came from. The answer I received was not exactly what I expected or hoped for. Now I know that the Zombies have taken over FaceBook! Below are three comments I have taken from a stream promoting a sex strike by women to support the contraceptive issue. Comment 1 is by a lady for whom I have always had the greatest respect but about whom I will now have […] Another one of the things that puzzles me about the Bible is that nowhere does it actually state that the crucifixion of Jesus did more than absolve HIS CONTEMPORARIES of sin. I have already tried to verbalise some aspects of Heaven at http://www.askoldcoot.info/2010/04/02/the-nature-of-heaven/ but those vague ramblings did not really address a major concern. What a huge disappointment FaceBook is. I was assured that the membership had matured but it has, if anything, become even more conformist and bland than it was before. Sometimes conversing with God can be very illuminating and potentially disappointing.
