I am sick and tired of reading subject lines about the professor who got shot in the foot because he kept winning the lottery and would not give up his secret. This stupid advert has been around, it seems, for ever and is a very simple example of how IMers take something in the public domain and spin it to rob gullible idiots of their money and what little common sense they have left.
The lottery “winning” system is no more than selecting numbers that have been coming out in the draws more often than the others. These numbers (indeed the incidence of all the lottery numbers) are freely available on lottery web sites and you simply have to make your selections.
After several years there is really very little to choose between the numbers so the LBB sugests that you start recording the numbers of each draw yourself. In this way there is a possibility that in the first few weeks or months, some numbers will be predominant. This will get you excited and prevent refunds (not that you would get one anyway!)
I believe the LBB has a little twist that makes it seem like a “magic” formula but it absolutely beggars belief that the thousands (Yes – it has sold thousands of copies!) of LBB users are not shocked that all of them are not winning regularly and that the value of lottery prizes has been enormously reduced as a result.
Stupid is as stupid does. They should have “shot” the professor in the head and found a way to convince the gullible that they were getting the ONLY version of the LBB.
